AVERA GOLD FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED VACANCY – HEAD OF OPERATIONS / SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER Position: Head of Operations / Senior Operations Manager – Gold Loan Industry: Gold Loan / Financial Services Experience: 5–10 Years Preferred Experience: Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking Location: Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh About the Position AVERA GOLD FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED को अपने Gold Loan business के लिए एक अनुभवी और जिम्मेदार Head of Operations की आवश्यकता है। हम ऐसे व्यक्ति की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो पूरी operational team को संभाल सके, systems और processes स्थापित कर सके तथा business के day-to-day operations को qualified तरीके से manage कर सके। Key Responsibilities पूरे branch/office operations की जिम्मेदारी लेना सभी staff को manage करना और daily work allocation करना Gold Loan की end-to-end process को supervise करना Customer KYC एवं documentation की checking Gold appraisal/valuation process पर proper control रखना Loan processing, approval एवं disbursement की monitoring Cash, collection और daily reconciliation की निगरानी Customer complaints एवं difficult cases को handle करना Daily, weekly और monthly MIS/reporting तैयार करवाना Internal control, audit एवं compliance requirements का पालन सुनिश्चित करना Staff की गलतियों,
