Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage site sales team for residential projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets
- Handle site walk-ins, client meetings, and negotiations
- Coordinate with CRM for bookings, agreements, and documentation
- Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
- Maintain sales MIS, inventory status, and conversion reports
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Preferred candidate profile 8 to 15 years in real estate sales with at least 35 years in a leadership role
