We are looking for an accomplished Group Head – Procurement to lead our end-to-end procurement and supply chain function across a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects and business verticals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Premium Commercial Interiors or related project environments, with a proven track record of managing strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiations, cost optimisation, and supply chain operations across complex, high-value projects.

Job Responsibilities

? Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for large-scale hotel, hospitality, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
- Lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement budgets, cost optimization, value engineering, and commercial planning.
- Build resilient domestic and global supply chains for critical and long-lead materials.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, material cycles, and industry dynamics to drive strategic sourcing decisions.

? End-to-End Project Procurement
- Lead procurement across Civil, Structural, MEP, Finishing, Interior Fit-outs, FF&E; and OS&E.;
- Drive sourcing for premium corporate offices, managed workspaces, hotels, resorts, clubs, and other hospitality assets.
- Manage procurement of furniture, lighting, flooring, acoustics, technology infrastructure, kitchen equipment, guest amenities, linen, and other specialized requirements.
- Establish robust vendor and subcontractor prequalification and evaluation processes.

? Contracts, Negotiations & Risk Management
- Lead high-value negotiations for civil, MEP, design & build, interior,



and specialist contracts.
- Manage commercial terms, payment milestones, warranties, SLAs, variations, change orders, and claims.
- Ensure contractual, regulatory, ethical sourcing, and corporate governance compliance.
- Establish strong expediting and logistics processes for critical and long-lead items.

? Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Work closely with Projects, Design, Architecture, QS, Finance, Legal, Operations, Hotels, Clubs, and Current Business teams.
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, contractors, subcontractors, and key trade partners.
- Drive adoption of e-sourcing, P2P, ERP, digital procurement, and real-time reporting systems.

What We’re Looking For
- 20+ years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
- Proven experience managing large procurement spends and complex, multi-location projects.
- Strong understanding of structural materials, MEP, finishing materials, FF&E;, OS&E;, and specialist sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracts, cost control, and vendor management.
- Experience managing large, decentralized teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including TCO, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and e-procurement platforms.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- CIPS, CPSM, CSCP or similar professional certifications will be an advantage.
