About the Role

Craft & Glory is looking for a hands-on manufacturing operations leader to take ownership of our factory and production operations across footwear, leather goods and apparel.

This is a factory/production operations role — not a general corporate Operations role.

We are specifically looking for someone who combines strong factory-floor execution + PPC + MIS/Excel + team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end factory and production operations, from planning to finished-goods dispatch.
2. Lead PPC, production planning, capacity planning, manpower planning and WIP tracking.
3. Track orders, production targets, WIP, capacity and delivery timelines through structured MIS.
4. Plan raw-material requirements and coordinate with procurement and vendors to avoid production delays.
5. Manage production teams and department/section heads, ensuring accountability for targets and timelines.
6. Identify factory bottlenecks and drive immediate corrective actions and process improvements.
7. Build and implement SOPs, trackers, MIS dashboards and operational systems.
8. Monitor quality, wastage, productivity, inventory and manufacturing efficiency.
9. Support team building and ERP/MRP implementation as operations scale.

Must-Have Profile Please apply only if you meet the core requirements below:

- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing / factory / production operations.
- Strong preference for footwear manufacturing. Leather goods, bags, apparel, accessories,



export or other labour-intensive manufacturing experience is also relevant.
- Current/previous roles such as Factory Manager/Head, Operations Manager, Production & Operations Manager, PPC Head or Senior Production Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience in PPC, production planning, factory-floor execution and capacity management.
- Robust working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, production trackers and operational reporting.
- Experience handling raw materials, procurement, vendors, POs and inventory.
- Proven experience managing multiple production teams/department heads and driving accountability.
- Ability to independently identify bottlenecks, analyse data and take corrective action.
- Experience building SOPs, systems and reporting structures.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

You should be able to connect:

Production Plan → Raw Materials → PPC → WIP → Production → Quality → Finished Goods → Dispatch while simultaneously building the systems, SOPs and accountability required to scale the operation.
