About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts leader to manage accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and maintain statutory compliance for Vidwath Innovative Solutions.

What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Prepare MIS reports and reconciliations
- Monitor payables, receivables, and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Improve accounting processes and controls

What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ownership
