Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chittorgarh for medical specialists in Gynaecology, ENT, Orthopedics, Oncology, and Radiology. The role includes providing clinical consultations, diagnosing and managing conditions within the respective specialty, and coordinating treatment plans for employees and associated beneficiaries.

Responsibilities involve conducting routine examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to medical and safety protocols. The specialist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals,



participate in health awareness initiatives, and support occupational health requirements relevant to mining and industrial operations.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) with specialization and valid registration in Gynaecology, ENT, Orthopedics, Oncology, or Radiology, as applicable.
- Proven clinical experience in the chosen specialty, preferably with exposure to industrial or occupational health settings.
- Solid diagnostic, treatment planning, and patient management skills, with attention to ethical and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work on-site in Chittorgarh, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
