Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate (Steward) to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive traditional, warm hospitality and an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving authentic South Indian cuisine, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth table turnover.

- Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through our authentic South Indian culinary offerings.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeating them back to guests to ensure precision.
- Menu Expertise: Explain traditional dishes (e.g., differentiating between variations of Dosas, Idlis, Uthappams, and curries) and recommend pairings like Filter Coffee.
- Food Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly,



ensuring standard presentation and correct accompaniments (sambar, specific chutneys) are provided.
- Table Maintenance: Transparent tables quickly after guests finish, sanitize dining areas, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Upselling: Suggest appetizers, specialty side dishes, and traditional desserts to enhance the guest experience.
- Billing: Prepare accurate bills, process cash or card payments, and handle transactions responsibly.

Preferred candidate profile 0 to 2 years of experience in a casual dining, fine dining, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) setup.

Freshers with a hospitality degree/diploma are welcome.
