- 3–10 years of experience in GTM systems or a related technical role.
n
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification is mandatory.
n
- Hands-on experience with GTM technology stacks, particularly Clay and ZoomInfo .
n
- Robust experience in GTM administration , including user and security management, platform configuration, access controls, and system administration.
n
- Experience in Salesforce and GTM automation/development .
n
- Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM systems , particularly Clay and ZoomInfo.
n
- Experience working with DevOps teams on integrations, automation, deployments, and technical troubleshooting.
n
- Experience with AI and Agentic AI operations , including exposure to AI Agentic OS .
n
- Strong understanding of system and API-based integrations across Salesforce and other GTM platforms.

n
nWhat You Will Do:
n• User & Security Management: You will manage user accounts and access, including new user
nsetup and deactivation, license allocation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and
norganization-wide defaults (OWD)/sharing rule. You’ll conduct regular security audits and
nimplement access controls to keep our data safe.
n
n• Platform Configuration: You will design and configure Salesforce features, creating and
nupdating custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to meet
nevolving business needs.
n• Automation & Development: You will build and maintain automations using Lightning Flow
n(Flow Builder) and other declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow), and work with external
ndevelopment teams to define Apex triggers or Lightning Web Components as needed for
nadvanced requirements.
n• AI & Agentic Operations: You will help design, build, and maintain the AI agents and agentic
nworkflows that run inside our GTM stack, contributing to our Agentic OS and connecting
nagents to Salesforce and other systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will
nspot where an agent can take over repetitive enrichment, routing, or reporting work, then build
nand ship it.
n• Building with AI: You will use AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code to build, test, and
ntroubleshoot Salesforce automations and integrations faster, and help the wider RevOps team
nadopt these tools in their daily work.
n• Integrations: You will manage integrations between Salesforce and other Go-To-Market
nsystems (for example, 6Sense,
ZoomInfo, Clay, and/or Customer Service platform), using
nAPIs, MCPs, or middleware tools (like MuleSoft) to ensure data flows smoothly across
nsystems.
n• Data Quality & Reporting: You will maintain data integrity by using tools like Data Loader and
nWorkbench to import/export data and implement validation rules. You’ll also create and
nmaintain reports and dashboards the business can act on.
n• Release Management & Governance: You will coordinate release cycles, managing sandboxes,
nversion control, change sets or CI/CD pipelines, and ensure that seasonal Salesforce releases
nand patches are tested and adopted successfully. You will document changes and enforce best
npractice governance for customizations.
n• Clay Management: You will manage Clay workspaces, including setting up and optimizing
nenrichment workflows, configuring automations, maintaining data syncs to Salesforce, and
nmonitoring pipeline jobs to ensure accurate and timely GTM data enrichment.
n• Clay Data Governance: You will define and maintain data-matching rules, deduplication logic,
nand field mapping standards to ensure Clay-generated data aligns with Salesforce data
nstructures and RevOps governance.
n• Clay Operational Support: You will troubleshoot Clay automation errors, manage task queues,
nupdate recipes based on new GTM requirements, and partner with Marketing/Sales to scale
noutbound list generation.
n• ZoomInfo Administration: You will manage ZoomInfo user accounts, role access, API usage,
nand configuration settings to support Sales and Marketing prospecting workflows.
n• ZoomInfo ↔ Salesforce Sync: You will oversee enrichment and data-push rules, monitor sync
nlogs, and optimize filters to ensure accurate account, contact, and intent data flows into
nSalesforce.
n• ZoomInfo Data Quality: You will maintain data hygiene by auditing enrichment accuracy,
nadjusting update rules (overwrite, fill-in, append), and partnering with Sales to refine territory
nand lead routing strategies informed by ZoomInfo datasets.
n
n• Partner Portal: You will assist in building a Partner Portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud,
nsupporting access, workflows, and content for partners.
n• User Support & Training: You will provide user support and training, resolving support tickets,
ncreating documentation, and educating users on new features and best practices. You’ll
npromote user adoption through transparent communication and training materials.
n
nWhat You Will Need:
n• Salesforce Experience: You have 3 to 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience,
nespecially working with Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasts). You understand how to
ntake projects from vision to reality and have a track record of improving Salesforce to support
nbusiness growth.
n• Certifications: You hold the Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential
n(required) and preferably the Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (CPQ Administrator)
ncredential. Additional certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder,
nPlatform Developer, or Architect certifications) are a strong plus.
n• Technical Skills: You are proficient with Salesforce admin tools (Data Loader, Data Import
nWizard, Workbench) and data analytics (Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Excel, Tableau
nCRM). You have expertise in Flow Builder and declarative automation, and familiarity with
nbasic Apex code and integrations. Experience with version control and DevOps tools (Git,
nCI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
n• Industry/Environment Fit: You have a growth mindset and curiosity for Salesforce innovations
n(Lightning Experience, AI features). You work well in agile teams and enjoy collaborating with
nproduct owners, developers, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication
nskills are essential, as is the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
n
nPreferred Qualifications:
n• AI & Agentic Fluency: Practical experience with AI assistants (such as Claude) and AI coding
nagents (such as Claude Code), and comfort building or configuring AI agents and agentic
nworkflows. Familiarity with prompt design and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a solid
nplus.
n• Additional Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Certifications (Platform App Builder,
nAdvanced Admin, or Architect) and any Salesforce training.
n• Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using
nAPIs or Middleware.
n• Business Acumen: Comfort with analyzing processes and driving improvements (you can
ngather requirements, model business problems, and design user-friendly solutions).
n• Clay Certification: You hold a Clay certification.
