Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Officer who will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, marketing initiatives, and customer success. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with farmers, FPOs, traders, packhouses, food businesses, and institutional customers and should have strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Lead Generation

- Generate and qualify leads through field outreach, digital channels, partnerships, referrals, and industry networks.
- Identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify recent segments and growth opportunities.
- Support conversion of leads into trials, deployments, and long-term customers.

Marketing & Digital Growth
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media and online marketing activities.
- Developing marketing content, customer stories, case studies, presentations, and campaign material.
- Implement SEO, keyword research, content marketing, and basic website optimization to improve online visibility and inbound leads.
- Track digital marketing performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data.

Customer Success
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure successful product adoption.
- Understand customer requirements, collect feedback,



and coordinate with the internal product/technical team.
- Support customers during trials, deployment, and post-sales activities.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent Marathi is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience or strong understanding of marketing and lead generation.
- Customer acquisition and customer-success orientation.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
- Comfortable using social media, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic analytics.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and field activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, or growth.
- Experience in agriculture, agritech, food processing, fresh produce, B2B sales, or rural markets will be an advantage.
- Existing network among FPOs, farmers, traders, packhouses, exporters, or agri-businesses in Maharashtra is a strong plus.
