nAbout the Role:

nThe Growth Intern will drive the conversion and expansion of Omysha Foundation’s partnerships, fundraising, and program ecosystem. The role combines independent outreach with structured conversion of qualified leads received from the Lead Generation team.

n

nThe intern will focus on transforming interest into engagement- converting potential institutions, sponsors, collaborators, and participants into active partners, registered stakeholders, and confirmed supporters across A4G and VONG initiatives.

n

nThis role requires maturity, ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to build relationships and move stakeholders from first interest to confirmed collaboration.

nCore Role Mandate:

n1. Fundraising & Sponsor Conversion

n

n
- Engage CSR and donor leads identified internally or via Lead Gen
n
- Support sponsor conversations, pitch follow-ups, and proposal progression
n
- Convert sponsor interest into confirmed funding or collaboration
n
- Maintain sponsor pipeline and engagement records
n

n

n2. Strategic Partnerships Development

n

n
- Initiate and build relationships with academic, nonprofit, corporate, and policy institutions
n
- Convert institutional interest into active collaborations or MoUs
n
- Support partnership discussions and coordination
n
- Maintain partner engagement pipeline
n

n3. Event & Program Growth Conversion

n

n
- Convert event leads into registered participants and institutional delegates
n
- Engage speakers, collaborators, and stakeholders for programs
n
- Follow up on all event-generated leads
n
- Support onboarding of confirmed participants and partners
n

nDuration: 6 Months Internship Program

nStipend

n

- Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months
n
- Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 3.5/5 and above
n
- Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 3.5/5 and above
n

nThe above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment and the Performance appraisal will be evaluated based on the organisation’s values and role KRAs.
