Role Description The Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving measurable growth for clients through data-led experimentation and performance optimization. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing growth strategies, running and monitoring multi-channel campaigns, and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to design growth funnels, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Specialist will also prepare reports and insights for clients, test new tools and tactics,



and contribute to refining growthZ.ai’s AI-enabled growth solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking and Sales skills to design experiments, drive acquisition and conversion, and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to scope initiatives, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, campaign management platforms, and A/B testing tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-based growth products and a strong interest in experimentation and continuous learning are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a structured, outcome-focused approach.
