- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks like cabin crew activities, guest service, customer support, and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes for flights.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle customers effectively.
- 0-5 years of experience in aviation industry or related field (back office operations).
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic software applications (data entry operation).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
