Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content across digital, print, and motion platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, motion graphics expertise, and the ability to transform creative concepts into impactful visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and print materials.
- Develop brand identities, visual systems, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create promotional assets for digital campaigns, events, and corporate communications.

Motion Graphics & Video

- Design and produce motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, reels, and promotional videos.
- Edit videos by incorporating motion graphics, typography, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Develop engaging visual storytelling content for digital marketing and brand campaigns.

Creative Collaboration

- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers,



and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.

Creative Excellence

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color usage, and visual quality across all creative outputs.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, animation techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, motion graphics, and video editing projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Figma and modern AI-assisted creative tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and animation principles.
- Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience working in branding agencies, creative studios, digital marketing agencies, or media companies.
- Hands-on experience with video production, motion graphics, and brand identity development.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D design software.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and social media content strategies.
