Social Compass is the digital marketing arm of Altius Hospitals, recently founded to provide digital and creative services to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare brands.

We work on social media, content, branding, video production, digital marketing, and creative communication for healthcare professionals and organizations. Our work includes brands such as Altius Hospitals, Lil Feet by Altius, and Dr. Fallopia.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team and work on engaging digital content for social media, marketing, patient education, and healthcare communication.

Responsibilities

Video Editor:

- Edit Reels, short-form and long-form videos, interviews, podcasts, and other digital content.
- Organize and edit raw footage with clean cuts, transitions, text, music, and sound.
- Handle basic color correction and grading.
- Create simple motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual elements.
- Adapt videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Support occasional on-site shoots and content production.

Graphic Design

- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails,



banners, and campaign creatives.
- Design visuals for healthcare, marketing, awareness, and educational content.
- Work with typography, layouts, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- Maintain consistent branding across different clients and platforms.
- Resize and adapt designs for different digital formats.
- Support branding, presentations, and campaign design requirements.

Skills Required

- Good understanding of video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of After Effects, Canva, or Figma is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, color, and social media formats.
- Ability to create clean, engaging, and skilled content.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to take feedback and work within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
