The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling digital and print materials across TSA schools. This role works closely with marketing, admissions, and event teams to elevate the school's brand identity. They are actively responsible for capturing high-quality campus photographs and managing the visual coverage of all promotional activities.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 per month (offered to candidates who demonstrate a true passion for visual storytelling, digital design, and educational branding).

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Photography & Media Skills: Must possess strong hands-on skills in shooting high-quality photographs and managing media coverage.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible and capable of managing multiple design requests in a rapid-paced school environment.
- School Experience: Prior background designing for a school, university, or educational environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) alongside photography equipment and basic editing tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Photography & On-Ground Coverage: Personally shoot photographs of daily campus life, major student achievements, and academic events. Ensure comprehensive visual coverage for all ongoing school promotions.



May need to travel with our director upon request for campus events.
- Marketing & Admissions Collateral: Design brochures, flyers, banners, admission prospectuses, and print advertisements to drive student enrollment using freshly captured campus imagery.
- Social Media & Digital Content: Create high-engagement graphics, templates, and layouts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), school blogs, and newsletters.
- Event & Branding Materials: Develop visual identities, backdrops, merchandise, stage graphics, and signage for key school events (Carnivals, Symposiums, Galas, and International Tours).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

- Promotional Coverage: Timely and high-quality photography documentation of all school events and advertising campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Strict adherence to school brand guidelines, fonts, and quality standards across both print media and digital layouts.
- Turnaround Time: Prompt delivery of design assets and processed event photos according to academic schedules and event timelines.
