About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata. You will handle print and packaging design, photo manipulation, and digital marketing creatives, while leading a small team of 2-3 designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with efficient, AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design print collateral and packaging (brochures, labels, boxes, catalogues, standees, etc.) that is print-ready and production-accurate.
- Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, and manipulation for product, campaign, and marketing use.
- Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners, and other platforms.
- Edit and produce short videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Use AI tools in your daily workflow to speed up ideation, production, and enhancement while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.




- Manage multiple projects at once and handle client or internal feedback and revisions.

Design and Editing Software

- Adobe Photoshop (advanced)
- Adobe Illustrator (advanced)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Wondershare Filmora

Other Skills

- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., for image generation, enhancement, copy or content support) as part of daily work
- Strong understanding of print production, dielines, colour modes (CMYK/RGB), and packaging formats
- Sound knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, and composition
- Ability to lead a team, give constructive feedback, and manage workflow

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of at least 2-3 people
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- A robust portfolio showcasing print, packaging, photo manipulation, and digital work (mandatory)

Language Requirements

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
