n✔️ 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Communication

n✔️ Prior team handling or mentoring experience

n✔️ Strong portfolio with branding, digital campaigns & app-focused creatives

n✔️ Expertise in typography, layouts, color systems & visual hierarchy

n✔️ Motion graphics / Lottie / interactive design experience is a plus

n✔️ Experience in D2C, beauty, lifestyle, or app-first brands preferred
