We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas and brand strategies into strong, engaging visual communication.

Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer based in Guwahati for a hybrid role. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and creative teams to develop visual content for multiple brands across social media, digital advertising, campaigns, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaign creatives.
- Create advertising creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Develop designs while maintaining each client’s individual brand identity and visual language.
- Work on branding materials, promotional creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Adapt designs into different dimensions and formats for multiple digital platforms.
- Collaborate with content, social media, marketing, and video teams to execute campaign concepts.




- Handle multiple client brands and projects while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.
- Prepare clean, production-ready design files and maintain organised project assets.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, advertising, and visual communication trends.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and other modern design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to create original concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
- Good understanding of social media and performance-marketing creative requirements.
- Ability to work across different industries and adapt to different brand styles.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is essential.

Experience

- Both experienced designers and strong early-career candidates may apply.

Portfolio quality, creativity, and practical design ability will be given greater importance than years of experience.
