We are looking for a skilled, mid-level Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to bridge the gap between physical architecture and digital branding. In this role, you will be responsible for two core areas: designing stunning environmental graphics (large-format wall graphics, glass manifestation, signage) that elevate our clients' physical workspaces, and driving our own internal visual identity through social media banners, posts, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

- Environmental & Workspace Graphics:
- Conceptualise, design, and scale custom wall graphics, bespoke murals, glass film manifestations, and internal signage for corporate office fit-out projects.
- Collaborate closely with our interior designers and project managers to ensure design themes align with the overall spatial layout and client branding.
- Prepare precise, print-ready vector files (with accurate bleeds, resolutions, and CMYK color profiles) for high-quality, large-format printing.
- Digital Marketing & Corporate Branding:
- Create highly professional social media creatives, ad banners, and carousels tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other business platforms.
- Design corporate pitch decks, company brochures, digital newsletters, project case studies, and presentation templates.




- Ensure the visual identity of Exactitude Infrastructure remains polished, consistent, and impactful across all digital channels.
- Vendor Coordination & Site Visualisation:
- Generate real-world mockups by overlaying your graphic concepts onto actual site photos to help clients visualise the final look.
- Coordinate directly with print vendors in Mumbai to select appropriate vinyl/wallpaper materials and ensure perfect execution during on-site installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience. Prior experience working with an interior design firm, architecture studio, or a specialized large-format print signage agency is highly preferred.
- Software Expertise: Advanced mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Good working knowledge of InDesign and Canva for rapid asset generation.
- Technical Print Proficiency: Deep understanding of scale conversion (converting room/wall dimensions to vector scale), DPI resolutions, bleed margins, and color management.
- Portfolio Requirement: A diverse design portfolio showing a mix of large-scale layout graphics (typography, geometric patterns, or environmental branding) and digital corporate marketing assets.
- Attributes: A self-starter who can take independent ownership of design projects, manage vendor timelines, and mentor junior draftsmen/designers if needed.
