Position: Graphic Designer

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Agency Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media creatives for multiple brands
- Handle 7–10 client accounts parallelly with proper time management
- Create engaging Instagram posts, ad creatives, story designs, and branding materials
- Maintain brand consistency across different clients and industries
- Collaborate with social media managers and content teams




- Deliver creatives within timelines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Use AI tools for faster creative generation and design enhancement

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Good understanding of modern social media design trends
- Experience working in a marketing/advertising agency
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI design tools
- Knowledge of generative AI tools for creative and content generation
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Positive communication and coordination skills
