2. Basic VIDEO/ANIMATION graphic design skill is a MUST. (not looking for candidates who have experience ONLY with static graphic designs)

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design,



with experience creating assets for digital media- for use on website and on social media (see www.tallect.com and our linkedin page)
- Strong skills with image and animation generation using AI (claude, nanobanana etc)
- Ability to develop and refine Branding elements that support a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring clear, visually balanced designs across formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, , In Design, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents).

- Portfolio demonstrating work in marketing creatives, product visuals, and video editing or motion graphics.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt designs to different audiences and channels.
