Think Tank Conreal is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have solid visual design skills and experience creating designs for digital and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging visual concepts based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Work on real estate, corporate, product, and promotional branding materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content team to develop campaign creatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Revise designs based on client/team feedback.

Required Skills
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop




- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of typography, layouts, colors, and branding.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into attractive designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Experience 2–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, digital marketing agency, or similar environment.

Qualifications

Any graduate/diploma/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
