About the Role

Thinkpond Services is looking for creative and motivated Web Designer & Graphic Designer Interns to join our team. This internship is an prospect to gain practical industry experience in website design, graphic design, branding, and digital creatives while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.
- Create graphics, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Work with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Ensure designs are responsive, modern, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Make design improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual elements.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Web Design and Graphic Design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.




- Basic understanding of UI/UX and responsive web design is an advantage.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- A portfolio or examples of previous design work will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduates who passed out in 2025 or 2026.
- Currently pursuing graduates are also eligible.
- Candidates with a strong interest in web and graphic design are encouraged to apply.

Internship & Career Opportunity
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: Performance-based.
- Candidates demonstrating good performance during the internship may have an opportunity for full-time employment with Thinkpond Services.
- Full-time employment and salary will be considered based on performance and organizational requirements.
