We’re looking for an individual for the role of Government Projects & Tender Coordination, responsible for coordinating and supporting government projects in the skill development sector, with a focus on tender documentation, project execution, and ministry-level coordination.

Role Details

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Location: Indore

Employment Type: Full-time

What you’ll be doing

- Drafting and preparing tender documents, proposals, letters, reports, and project-related documentation
- Coordinating with government departments, ministries.
- Supporting the execution and follow-up of skill development projects
- Understanding tender requirements, timelines, compliance, and deliverables
- Coordinating between internal teams and government stakeholders
- Attending meetings and travelling for project-related work as required
- Handling regular follow-ups to ensure projects and documentation move forward on time

What we’re looking for





- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal
- Understanding of project execution and coordination
- Ability to understand and work with government tenders and documentation
- Comfortable with travel as required
- Solid follow-up and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate and coordinate professionally at the ministry/government level
- Prior experience with government projects, tenders, skill development projects, or government departments will be preferred
