Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

- Lead a team to ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements :

- 15-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry.

- Robust expertise in preparing financial statements (balance sheet finalisation) with attention to detail.

- Proven track record of successfully managing teams through complex projects or periods of change.
