Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions for pharmaceutical business requirements.
- Developing scalable and reliable applications, platforms, APIs, data solutions, and AI/ML solutions.
- Translating business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Working with cross-functional teams including technology, business, data, and pharmaceutical domain stakeholders.
- Contributing to digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Ensuring application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Following appropriate development, testing, documentation, and deployment practices.
- Working with industry-relevant data, systems, workflows, and technology platforms.
- Supporting continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies within the pharmaceutical environment.





Role-Specific Technical ExpertiseAI/ML Engineer Experience in machine learning, predictive modelling, Python, ML frameworks, model development, deployment, and MLOps.

Generative AI / LLM Engineer

Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI application development.

AI Application Developer

Experience building AI-powered applications, integrating AI/ML models and APIs, backend services, application architecture, and deployment.

Machine Learning Engineer

Robust experience in machine learning pipelines, model development, Python, data processing, model deployment, and production ML systems.

NLP / Computer Vision Specialist

Experience with NLP and/or Computer Vision, deep learning, text/image processing, model development, and AI-based solutions.

Java Developer

Strong experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, application development, and enterprise systems.

React Developer

Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend development, reusable components, APIs, and responsive applications.

JavaScript / Full Stack Developer

Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend and backend development, APIs, databases, and full-stack application architecture.

Backend Developer

Strong experience in backend application development, APIs, microservices, databases, system integration, and scalable enterprise applications.

Full Stack Developer

Experience across frontend and backend technologies, API development, databases, application architecture,



deployment, and end-to-end development.

Data Engineer

Experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, databases, data processing, cloud/data platforms, and scalable data solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise relevant to the applied position.
- Experience working on enterprise-level technology projects.
- Solid understanding of software development and engineering practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Ahmedabad office .
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant projects and practical implementation experience.
