Qualification : Ph.D. & Post Doc (Synthesis organic chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry)

Experience : 6-15 Years

Core Capabilities and Technologies required.

- Specialized Chemistry: Expertise in PROTACs (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras), peptides, lipids, macrocycles, oligonucleotides, carbohydrates, organometallics, fluorinated compounds, and deuterated molecules.
- Advanced Technology Platforms: Employs high-throughput experimentation (HTE), parallel library synthesis, electrochemistry, photo-redox chemistry, continuous-flow technology, and late-stage functionalization (LSF).
- Digital & AI Integration: Utilizes machine learning platforms for generative chemistry,



predictive ADME modeling, and PROTAC design alongside proprietary compound data management systems (CDMS).

What You'll Do :

- Lead teams of chemists and scientists executing discovery chemistry programs for global clients
- Drive synthetic route design, execution, purification, characterisation, and delivery of complex molecules
- Foster innovation, scientific problem-solving, and continuous improvement in synthesis strategies and project execution
- Deliver high-quality, cutting-edge science with speed, productivity, and excellence while meeting client expectations
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams to achieve outstanding delivery and scientific excellence
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration
- Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams while ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction
- Optimize resource utilization, improve operational efficiency, and maintain cost-effective project delivery
- Support business growth through proactive project management and client engagement
