Role Description: As a Geography Optional Mentor, you will work 1-on-1 with UPSC aspirants to help them improve their preparation and answer-writing. You will guide students on strategy, review their answers, decode PYQs, identify trends, and help them strengthen content, diagrams, and presentation.

Qualifications

- Must have appeared for the UPSC Interview in the last 5 years
- Strong command of Geography Optional content
- Good understanding of PYQs, trends, and question demands
- Ability to provide transparent, actionable feedback
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Passion for helping aspirants improve their performance
