Role Description The Generative AI Trainer will design, develop, and refine training data and workflows to improve the performance, reliability, and safety of generative AI models. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing prompts and responses, annotating and labeling data, and evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with guidelines. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts to define quality standards, document best practices, and iterate on training methodologies. The Generative AI Trainer will also contribute to process improvements, maintain detailed records of experiments,



and support the creation of domain-specific content that enhances the AI’s usefulness for end users.

Qualifications

- Solid written communication and content creation skills, with the ability to craft clear, structured prompts and high-quality responses for diverse use cases.
- Experience with data annotation, labeling, or quality assurance for AI, software, or content projects, including careful attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to analyze AI-generated outputs critically, identify errors or biases, and provide precise, constructive feedback to improve model performance.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and concepts (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, AI safety), or strong motivation to learn them quickly.
- Comfort working with guidelines and policies, including applying ethical standards, avoiding discriminatory content, and safeguarding user privacy.
- Proficiency with common digital productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, documentation platforms, and collaboration tools) to track and report work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Psychology, or Communications), or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in training, education, content moderation, technical writing, or user support is an advantage.
