Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven General Manager to lead our Sales and marketing divisions in the industrial machinery and dairy equipment manufacturing sector. This senior leadership role requires a solid strategic thinker with hands-on experience in technical sales, after-sales service management, and customer relationship excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of relevant experience, with a strong leadership track record in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on industrial machinery and dairy equipment markets.

● Lead national and regional sales operations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

● Oversee customer service and after-sales support, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high customer satisfaction

. ● Foster a customer-centric culture and implement service best practices across teams.

● Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to drive innovation and competitiveness.

● Collaborate with R&D;, production, and marketing teams to streamline go-to-market and service processes.





● Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; responsibilities for all managed divisions. ● Recruit, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams for performance, growth, and service excellence.

● Represent the company at trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events to build brand visibility and partnerships.

Candidate Profile : Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in sales/service roles, with at least 8 years in leadership, ideally in industrial machinery, capital goods, or equipment manufacturing sectors.

Skills:

● Proven ability to lead large teams across sales and service functions

● Strong knowledge of after-sales systems, warranties, and maintenance contracts

● Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel-based forecasting

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹117,000.00 per month
