Role & responsibilities

- Resource Planning (Man, Material, Machine/Equipment).

- Develop different SITE SCOPE of WORK.

- Ensure all projects are delivered On-time within Scope and Budget.

- Manage daily in office operations such as headcount, attendance of employees to ensure employee’s availability during working hours.

- Educate and Train all Existing & Newly hired employees in line with company policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with supervisors and management to plan activities for higher productivity on production site.

- Organize business review meetings with clients to improve performance continuously and qualitatively.

- Develop and maintain relationship with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns and grievances as per existing company policy.

- Develop ways to retain all employees through motivation and encouragement.





- Coordinate with internal resources for flawless execution of projects.

- Monitor Work Progress on a daily basis.

- Maintain Quality Control procedure by conducting Quality Inspection.

- Ensure Site Safety by conducting SAFETY INSPECTION.

- Provide high level customer service and ensure compliance to all company’s rules and regulations.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries in responsive manner.

- Ensure timely submission of Employee Attendance to Central Payroll Team

- Ensure Timely submission of LEAVE REPORTS.

- MIS Report (Daily Budgeted Expense data with Supporting bills, Project Completion Status, Current Headcount, Employee Turnover Rate & Reasons, Site Safety Inspection Report)
