Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of R2R activities as per client requirements
- Lead and manage the R2R team
? Workday ERP experience is preferred
- Handle first-level escalations for process owners and R2R teams
- Review Journal Entries and reconciliations to ensure no aged items
- Monitor process controls, quality and risk mitigation initiatives
- Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
- Track service-level metrics and drive performance improvement
