Position: General Dentist

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 per month + 1% incentive on overall collection

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused General Dentist to join our dental team in Trivandrum. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care while also actively participating in the clinic’s digital presence through social media content, educational videos, podcasts, and patient-awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct dental consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform routine general dental procedures and treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures and plans clearly to patients.
- Provide preventive and restorative dental care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Follow proper sterilization and infection-control procedures.
- Maintain a professional and friendly patient experience.
- Coordinate effectively with dental assistants and clinic staff.
- Support the clinic in improving patient engagement and overall collections.
- Participate in social media videos, dental awareness content, reels, podcasts, interviews, and educational sessions.




- Be comfortable appearing on camera and explaining dental topics in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
- Contribute ideas for dental awareness campaigns and digital content.
- Represent the clinic professionally across social media and other digital platforms.

Eligibility
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good clinical and communication skills.
- Strong patient-handling and counselling abilities.
- Comfortable with social media, video content, podcasts, or willing to learn.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

Compensation ₹12,000/month + 1% incentive on overall clinic collection.
