Job Overview

We are hiring Leaders & Senior Leaders with strong Bengaluru real estate experience and a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and manage a real estate sales team.
- Bring an existing team or build a productive team.
- Drive monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Manage team performance, follow-ups and sales pipeline.

Eligibility

- Graduate with minimum 4+ years of real estate sales experience.
- 2+ years of team handling/leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market.
- Proven sales and target achievement record.
- Candidates with an existing team will be preferred.
