Role Description The GCP Trainer role is a full-time position based in India. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for corporate clients, educational institutions, and technology professionals. Daily activities include preparing course materials, creating hands-on labs and demonstrations, conducting classroom and workshop sessions, and adapting content to different learner levels.

The role involves assessing participant progress, providing feedback and mentoring, supporting certification preparation, and staying current with GCP updates and best practices. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to refine curricula, contribute to training proposals,



and ensure a high-quality learning experience aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., compute, storage, networking, IAM, data and AI services) and practical experience designing and implementing GCP solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud and DevOps concepts such as cloud architecture, security, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring, with the ability to explain these clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, instructional delivery, workshop and lab creation, and learner assessment in technical subjects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including clear presentation abilities, stakeholder engagement, and the capacity to support learners with varied backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience with programming or scripting (such as Python, Java, or shell scripting) and familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) ans Databases is beneficial.

Preferred Certifications Candidates holding one or more of the following certifications will be preferred:

- Google Cloud Qualified Cloud Architect
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
- Google Cloud Skilled Machine Learning Engineer

Additional AWS or Microsoft Azure certifications are an advantage.
