Full Stack Engineer – Web & Mobile Applications

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable and self-driven Full Stack Engineer to take complete ownership of the design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of web and mobile applications.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role. The successful candidate will independently manage software projects throughout the complete development lifecycle — from understanding business requirements and defining the technical approach to development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-launch support.

The ideal candidate is not limited to writing code. We are looking for someone who can understand a business requirement, translate it into a practical technical solution, and take responsibility for delivering a reliable, secure, scalable, and production-ready product.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

- Take complete technical ownership of assigned web and mobile application projects.
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications, architecture, development plans, and deliverables.
- Estimate development effort and manage project priorities and timelines.
- Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirements through production deployment.
- Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential delivery challenges.

Full Stack Web Development

- Design and develop custom, responsive, high-performance web applications.
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components.
- Design application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, authentication, and business logic.
- Develop custom solutions based on specific business and operational requirements.
- Integrate applications with third-party platforms, APIs, payment services, and other external systems when required.
- Maintain clean, modular, scalable, and maintainable codebases.

Mobile Application Development

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Manage the complete mobile application development lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, databases, notifications, authentication systems, and other required services.
- Handle application builds, releases, version management, and production deployments.

Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute appropriate unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.




- Perform code reviews and continuously improve application quality.
- Ensure applications meet expected standards for performance, reliability, usability, security, and scalability.
- Validate completed solutions against original business and functional requirements before delivery.

Deployment & Production Management
- Manage application configuration and deployment across development, staging, and production environments.
- Implement and maintain appropriate CI/CD processes.
- Monitor deployed applications and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage application updates, releases, migrations, backups, and technical maintenance.
- Maintain appropriate technical and project documentation.

Technical Competencies The successful candidate should have strong practical experience across modern software development technologies, including:
- Modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, or equivalent
- Backend development using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, PHP/Laravel, or equivalent
- REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or equivalent
- Mobile development using Flutter, React Native, native iOS/Android, or equivalent
- Git and modern source-control workflows
- Cloud platforms and deployment environments
- Docker/containerized applications
- CI/CD pipelines
- Authentication, authorization, and application security
- Third-party API and service integrations
- Application monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization

Candidates are not expected to know every technology listed above. Strong engineering fundamentals, relevant production experience, and the ability to select and implement the appropriate technology for each project are more important.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven professional experience delivering full stack applications into production.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop complete applications from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.
- Robust frontend, backend, database, and API development capabilities.
- Practical experience with mobile application development.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.

- Good understanding of application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
