About Loadsmart

Loadsmart is building a next-generation logistics technology platform combining Fleet Management, Load Board and TMS. We are the India arm of RoadEx, a US trucking company operating since 1998.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build, improve and support production applications across frontend, backend, database and cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop features using React, TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and REST APIs.
- Build real-time systems, background jobs and third-party API integrations.
- Work with Redis, WebSockets, GPS/geospatial data and React Native/Expo.
- Deploy and maintain applications using AWS and Docker.
- Own features end-to-end and troubleshoot production issues.

Must Have




- 5–8 years full-stack development experience.
- 3+ years React + TypeScript and 3+ years Node.js + TypeScript.
- Solid PostgreSQL, REST APIs and NestJS experience.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Redis and asynchronous processing.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, security and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Logistics/Fleet/Supply Chain/B2B SaaS experience.
- PostGIS, GPS, mapping, ULIP, GST, FASTag, e-way bill or payment integrations.
- React Native/Expo, CI/CD and AWS infrastructure experience.

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office Pay: ₹380,929.51 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
