Role Description The FSD (Full Stack Development) Faculty at ImaginXP will deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Sonipat, guiding learners through core and advanced concepts in full stack development. This full-time, on-site role includes designing and updating course content, preparing lesson plans, and delivering lectures, labs, and workshops aligned with industry standards.

The faculty member will mentor learners on projects, assess performance through assignments and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to support academic and skilled growth.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with academic and industry partners to keep the curriculum current,



participating in faculty meetings and academic events, and supporting placement readiness through portfolio reviews, interview preparation, and technical guidance. The role calls for an individual who is passionate about teaching, comfortable with technology-enabled learning, and committed to nurturing future-ready professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in full stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue), back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Spring), and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design principles, and version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with databases and server-side development, including SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM tools, and deployment on cloud or on-premise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured technical curricula, including lesson planning, learning outcomes, and project-based assessments.
- Excellent teaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
- Experience using learning management systems, online collaboration tools, and other educational technologies to enhance classroom learning.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field; prior academic or corporate training experience is preferred.
