About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Automation Engineer who can build technical solutions, automate business processes, and integrate CRM and other business systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Full Stack development background combined with experience in automation, APIs, webhooks, CRM platforms, and system integrations.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving business problems through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain automation-driven business systems and workflows.
- Develop and manage integrations between CRM platforms, internal applications, communication tools, and third-party systems.
- Work extensively with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
- Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent platforms.
- Develop custom automation and integration logic using JavaScript and/or Python.
- Work with SQL and databases to retrieve, transform, and analyze business data.
- Integrate CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar with other business applications.
- Automate lead management, follow-ups, customer engagement, retention, and operational workflows.
- Build data pipelines and ensure accurate, real-time synchronization between systems.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems for revenue, retention, churn, engagement, and attribution.
- Identify repetitive/manual business processes and develop automated solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and data issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations,



and Customer Service teams to understand requirements and build technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, Automation, or Systems Integration.
- Solid hands-on coding experience in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience working with at least one CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience integrating multiple software systems.
- Ability to independently build and troubleshoot automation workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked as:

- Software Engineer
- Backend Engineer with automation experience
- Developer with CRM/API integration experience

Important Coding and hands-on technical experience are mandatory.

We are NOT looking for a candidate whose experience is limited to CRM administration, CRM data entry, or basic CRM usage.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a requirement such as:

"When a customer performs X action, update the CRM, trigger Y communication, send data to another system, and update the reporting dashboard"

—and independently design and build the technical automation behind it.
