Job Purpose To source Personal Loan and Business Loan products under an end-to-end conversion model through alternative distribution channels and promote HL/GL/Cards under a lead model.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a Business Model

Generate business in a cost-effective model.

Focus on customer retention and referrals.

Productivity

Hire and train off-role team members.

Address customer queries and collect documents.

Disburse loans efficiently.

Increase Business Through Internal Channel

Source Personal Loan business via DSA, internal channels, and telecalling.

Leverage digital DSA and marketing resources.

Sourcing of Business

Source Personal Loan business through referrals and initiatives.





Cross-sell bank products through referrals.

Conduct marketing activities in non-CSA corporates.

Performance Management

Monitor conversion percentage on inbound business.

Track team productivity and ensure targets are met.

Achieve IRR and PF percentage goals.

Education:

Graduation required; post-graduation preferred.

Certifications:

Sales and Influencing Skills, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Knowledge of Competition & Current Trends in Financial Industry.
