Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Video Editor role based in New Delhi.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing short- and long-form video content tailored for LinkedIn and other digital platforms, ensuring high-quality storytelling and brand consistency. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and graphics, and preparing final exports optimized for social media. The role also involves collaborating with content strategists and copywriters, adapting edits based on performance data and feedback, and maintaining organized media libraries and project files.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the team to meet deadlines,



follow brand guidelines, and continuously refine the visual style for client content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and creating polished final outputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality image across all content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with titles, overlays, and visual elements suitable for social media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, social media, or digital marketing campaigns, with an understanding of vertical and short-form formats.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in New Delhi.
- Good communication skills, time management, and openness to feedback and iterative revisions; prior agency or startup experience is a plus.
