Finansh is an independent borrowing advisory firm based in Baner, Pune.

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer for recurring, year-round work across our print and digital communication. This is not a full-time job role.

Scope of Work:

- Brochures, flyers, company profiles and business presentations etc.
- Social media posts, carousels and digital marketing materials.
- Boards, hoardings, signage and office branding.
- Business cards and other printed collateral.
- Adaptations and resizing of approved designs across formats.

We value clean, contemporary and professional design, with strong typography, clear layouts and consistent branding. You'll work with our brand assets, content inputs and references, while contributing your own design judgment.

Location and Office Visits:

You must be based in Pune and available to visit our Baner office for requirement discussions, briefings, design reviews and coordination.

Office visits are a necessary part of this engagement. Their timing and frequency will be agreed in advance. Design work can otherwise be completed remotely.





What were looking for

1. A portfolio demonstrating relevant commercial design work across print and digital formats.
2. Ability to understand requirements, suggest suitable directions and take ownership through to final delivery.

3. Resourcefulness, attention to detail and willingness to improve work through feedback.
4. Transparent communication and dependable turnaround times.
5. Proficiency in suitable design software and the ability to supply organised editable files and production-ready artwork.

6. Relevant client experience is preferred. Strong early-career designers are welcome to apply.

Engagement and Pricing: This is a recurring freelance requirement throughout the year.

Scope, fees, timelines and revision rounds will be agreed before assignments begin.
