About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SQL and ETL pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation, loading, monitoring, and validation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimise ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and analytical queries.
- Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading activities.
- Monitor data pipelines and resolve data quality or processing issues.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different sources.
- Work with large datasets and optimise query performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Troubleshoot ETL/data pipeline failures and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain technical documentation related to data processes and pipelines.

Required Skills :

- 2+ years of relevant industry experience as a Data Analyst, ETL Developer, or in a data-focused role.
- Strong, hands-on SQL skills (mandatory).
- Good understanding of ETL concepts and pipeline development.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, loading, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Experience in data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Profile :

- Candidates with experience in SQL-heavy Data Analyst, ETL, Data Engineering, or Data Pipeline roles.
- Note : This is a SQL-intensive role. Candidates focused primarily on Power BI/dashboard development without strong SQL and ETL exposure will not be suitable.
- Exclusions : Please avoid profiles focused on PySpark.
