We are looking for a high-calibre professional to join the Founder's Office and work closely with the founders on high-priority business initiatives, strategic projects, and day-to-day problem-solving.

This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business leadership and wants a front-row seat to how a high-growth company is built.

What You Will Do

- Work closely with the founders on strategic and business-critical priorities across the organization.
- Own and drive high-impact projects from problem identification to execution and closure .
- Work across functions such as Business, Product, Operations, Finance, Sales, and People to drive key initiatives.
- Conduct structured analysis and deep dives to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare business reviews, dashboards, presentations, and decision-making frameworks for the founders.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable plans .
- Track execution of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.
- Support founders in evaluating new business opportunities, market trends, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Act as a central point of coordination for selected founder-led projects and priorities.
- Be comfortable working on both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution .

What We Are Looking For

- 4–6 years of professional experience , preferably in management consulting,



strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup strategy role.
- Candidates from top-tier institutions , preferably IIMs, IITs, or ISB .
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid business acumen and the ability to understand different aspects of a business quickly.
- Highly organized with strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with evolving priorities.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership and independently drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong attention to detail with a bias towards action and execution.
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to go beyond a defined .
