About the Role
As a Founder's Office Intern , you’ll work closely with the founder across multiple areas of the business and get hands-on exposure to what it takes to build and scale a startup from 0 to 1 .
Your responsibilities may include
- Bringing new users and clients onto the platform
- Improving and developing the user journey
- Creating and implementing SOPs and processes
- Exploring current business opportunities and partnerships
- Supporting growth, operations, and community-building initiatives
- Conducting research and helping with strategic projects
Other details & Perks : Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 (including a fixed component), based on individual and business performance
Certificate: Internship completion certificate
LOR: Letter of Recommendation based on performance
Flexible working hours: 5–6 day work week, with weekends compulsory
Mentorship & Exposure: Direct mentorship from the founders and hands-on exposure to building and scaling a startup
