About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the

Founder and support our business development operations. This is not a basic coordination or executive assistant role. The selected candidate will play an important role in research, client targeting, CRM management, meeting preparation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Research target companies, industries and potential business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn, Apollo and other research

tools.
- Build and maintain target account and contact databases.
- Prepare research briefs before client and buyer meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including meeting outcomes, opportunities, next steps and follow-up

tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-ups after meetings and business events.
- Support outreach and business development activities.
- Track business development activities and prepare weekly reports on responses, meetings and

opportunities.
- Coordinate multiple priorities independently and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Development, B2B Operations, Recruitment,

Research or Consulting.




- Strong research and market mapping skills.
- Good communication skills with strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using a CRM is preferred.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoho or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates with exposure to recruitment, talent consulting, GCC, BFSI or B2B environments will be

preferred.
