As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will sit in the cockpit of a fast-moving fintech startup. You will be trusted with full-funnel customer ownership, from initiating that first high-energy conversation with a budding founder to structuring their compliance package, closing the deal, onboarding them, and retaining them as lifelong partners.

You will talk directly to early-stage startup founders, small business creators, and serial entrepreneurs every single day. If you want to learn how businesses are actually started, structured, funded, and scaled in India, there is no faster apprenticeship than this.

What You’ll Do

- Own the Customer Journey End-to-End: Run the entire client lifecycle—prospecting, qualifying incoming leads, running discovery calls, closing deals, managing onboarding, and retaining relationships.
- Consult with Budding Entrepreneurs: Jump on calls with founders looking to launch their dream ventures. Unpack their business model, diagnose their registration needs (Private Limited, LLP, GST, Trade License, FSSAI), and guide them through our catalog of legal and tax solutions.
- Close Real Business Deals:



Pitch Chop Finance’s suite of services—from accessible company incorporations and tax filings to comprehensive monthly accounting retainers. Handle objections, negotiate scopes, and drive conversions.
- Deliver White-Glove Onboarding: Bridge the gap between sales and execution. Coordinate directly with our in-house finance and legal teams to make the kickoff process effortless for newly signed clients.

- Client Retention & Account Growth: Keep in touch with active clients, gather feedback, solve early bottlenecks, and identify upsell opportunities as their businesses expand.
- Collaborate Directly with Leadership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, translating front-line client feedback into direct improvements for our pricing, marketing funnels, and product offerings.

Who You Are

- High-Conviction Communicator: You are confident on the phone and sharp over email/WhatsApp. You can distill legal/tax jargon into plain English and build instant rapport with founders.
- Bias for Action: You don’t wait for playbooks; you test approaches, pick up the phone, follow up relentlessly, and take pride in hitting numbers.
- Startup & Finance Curious: A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, business law, fintech, or corporate finance. (You don't need a CA degree, but you should be eager to learn the basics of GST, incorporation, and bookkeeping fast.)
- Availability: Available for a dedicated 3 to 6-month stint with a mindset to convert this into a core, full-time role.
