Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Roastery Coffee House in Hyderabad. This role oversees day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring consistent quality, adherence to service standards, and a welcoming guest experience. The supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and provides guidance and training to team members on coffee knowledge, menu offerings, and service protocols.

Responsibilities include monitoring food safety and hygiene, managing inventory and stock levels, supporting order accuracy, and handling guest feedback or concerns promptly.



The role also involves collaborating with management on process improvements, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting promotional activities or special events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust supervisory skills, including team coordination, staff training, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess experience in maintaining high service standards and ensuring consistent quality in food and beverage operations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on food service experience, with knowledge of café or restaurant workflows and basic food safety practices.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive guest experience and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Experience in a café, specialty coffee, or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of basic POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is beneficial.
