About the role: We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and guest-focused F&B; Associates and Senior Associates to join The Postcard Hotels.

What we’re looking for:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a must-have
- A warm, courteous, and service-oriented personality
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Luxury/upscale hospitality experience or background preferred
- Candidates with 0-2 years of experience, with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply

Your role:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages as per service standards.
- Understand the menu and confidently assist guests with food and beverage recommendations .
- Maintain high standards of table presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene .
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and a positive attitude .
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant/outlet as required.
- Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines .
- Actively learn and develop F&B; service skills while contributing to a warm and memorable guest experience.
