Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Operations Manager role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including food service execution, staff scheduling, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The manager will monitor service quality, ensure guest satisfaction, handle customer feedback, and support staff training and performance.

Responsibilities include managing inventory and procurement, coordinating with the kitchen team on menu delivery, optimizing workflow, and maintaining cost controls.



The role also requires tracking operational metrics, implementing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with leadership to support brand consistency and growth.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities, with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, including staff coordination and process improvement.
- Hands-on background in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory compliance standards.
- Effective leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility for weekends and peak hours.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with basic competence in inventory and cost control.
- Previous experience in South Indian or vegetarian concepts is an advantage; a diploma or degree in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
